Our Process
First, contact us for a free in-person or phone consultation to discuss your event’s details.
We will draft a contract and quote based on your excellent selections.
If we are a match, just submit a 50% down payment to secure your supplies and setup date!
We will schedule a meeting with the site owner to discuss setup location and any irrigation or personal underground infrastructure.
Our services include reaching out to local utilities for line marking and securing a fire permit for the tent, at no additional cost.
The date and time of our tent’s delivery and pickup will be discussed with our clients and site owners.
With no fee, the tent and products will be delivered and set up by our team for your event!
